Take one half to one teaspoon per day. Gently shake before use. The oil remains in excellent condition for more than 3 months after opening.
Note: after opening the cod liver oil can thicken and become cloudy in the refrigerator.This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect EVCLOquality. This product is stored in frozen condition in our store up to the moment of shipping.
