Suggested use

Adults: start with one adult scoop (approximately 0.8 g) once daily in the morning on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before eating. Dissolve in dechlorinated water. Keep this amount for 3–5 days and increase only gradually if needed.

Children: start with one baby scoop (approximately 0.1 g) once daily in the morning on an empty stomach, dissolved in water. Keep this amount for 3–5 days and increase only gradually if needed.

Ingredients

Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-32, Lactobacillus salivarius LS-33 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP-115.

Free from dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, casein, yeast, artificial colours and flavours, preservatives and FOS. Non-GMO according to the manufacturer.

Storage

Keep refrigerated for optimum potency. The manufacturer states that the powder can remain without refrigeration for 2–3 weeks during travel.
