These compounds were identified in partnership with Insilico Medicine, Inc., a machine learning company whose proprietary algorithm is based on 21st Century artificial intelligence computing techniques.

Presveratrol™ proprietary blend

Presveratrol™ is a proprietary blend of resveratrol and piceatannol, an extract of passion fruit. In vivo and in vitro studies indicate that piceatannol promotes stem cell differentiation as well as proteostasis — the quality control network that helps ensure the integrity of proteins within our cells. Resveratrol is a phytonutrient with well-known benefits for longevity and health. In vivo and in vitro studies indicate that resveratrol has beneficial effects on stem cell health. (6,7)

Livinol™ kokum extract (garcinol)

Garcinol is a compound derived from the kokum (garcinia indica) fruit. In vitro studies indicate that garcinol helps to positively regulate healthy stem cell self-renewal and differentiation. (9-11) Garcinol inhibits an enzyme called histone acetyltransferase, or HAT. 

This enzyme is part of a process called histone acetylation—one of the main causes of stem cell aging and loss of function. By inhibiting this enzyme, garcinol helps restore youthful stem cell function and longevity.
