Enula combines the powerful properties of two root extracts that have been known as medicinal plants since ancient times: elecampane root and jalapeña root. Both plants are associated with numerous positive health properties.   • Elecampane root extract(Inula helenium): Hildegard von Bingen already appreciated the power of the elecampane root. It is particularly rich in inulin and is therefore associated in many cultures with a supporting function of the gastrointestinal tract. Due to its many valuable plant substances (including phenolic acids, terpenes, flavonoids and essential oils) it is also said to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Jalap root extract(Ipomoea purga): Jalaperoot is primarily native to southern Mexico, where it is traditionally used to improve gastrointestinal health.

Recommended intake

The full effect can only be achieved by taking it correctly

  • Dissolve a drop in water twice a day about 30 minutes before a meal and enjoy. Each time you take it, increase it by another drop up to a dosage of 2 x 30 drops daily.
  • No substitute for a balanced and healthy diet
  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • If side effects occur, stop taking
