Oxyflow - 60 Capsules | THERA Nordic

Oxyflow should be taken before bedtime. On the first evening, take 1 capsule with 300ml of water. If you have a bowel movement the following morning, continue with 1 capsule each evening.

In case there is no bowel movement, increase to 2 capsules the following evening - again with 300ml of water. If you have no bowel movement the next morning you can continue to increase the dose up to a maximum of 4 capsules.
