Recommended intake
Stir a well-level measuring spoon (corresponds to 2g powder) into still water and drink it daily. In the case of acute symptoms, stir a measuring spoon into still water 3 times a day for 2 weeks and drink. The powder unfolds its ideal effect if it is taken 30 minutes before a meal.
