  Kelp is a Pacific Seawater alga that is particularly rich in minerals and trace elements, especially iodine. The very fast growing brown algae grows up to 50 centimeters per day and, depending on the region, reaches a height of 60 meters. Basically, you should make sure that you buy the algae in strictly monitored organic quality, otherwise they can also absorb toxic substances.

      Ingredients:  PureSeaTM organic kelp powder (Ascophyllum Nodosum), coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell).

      Consumption recommendation:  Depending on your needs, take one capsule whole daily with sufficient liquid. The capsules can be taken either in the morning, at noon or in the evening. The capsule develops its ideal effect if it is taken 30 minutes before a meal.
